We make paying rent easy for residents with the online resident portal that can be accessed 24/7/365 days a year. And we offer a variety of payment platform options to ensure rent is paid, on time, from anywhere in the world. We encourage residents to pay online, which means we can pay you faster.

If rent isn’t paid by the 5th of the month, it’s late. We provide reminders to all residents on the 1st of the month that rent is due. If they haven’t paid by the 5th, we immediately connect with them and enforce the terms of the lease. We’re always friendly and professional, and yet we also know that collecting rent is our #1 job. So we don’t delay in our follow up and lease enforcement.

If a resident has gone beyond the grace period of the lease, we provide them with a late rent notice, where we collect the appropriate late fees along with the normal rent amount. Worst case, if we have a resident who does stop paying rent, we will assist in the eviction process and re-renting the property quickly.
